Joseph SANTILLI is a senior international sales executive, president and strategic business advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading both early stage innovation and established product platforms into complex international markets, delivering structured growth, disciplined execution and measurable commercial results.

 

A veteran “American in Paris” Joseph founded ATi in 1989 to provide North American technology companies with a structured pathway to enter, scale and sustain a durable presence across European and broader international markets.

Joseph is particularly adept at identifying high value regional opportunities, shaping C suite execution strategies and designing disciplined go to market roadmaps that generate new revenue streams and build durable long term enterprise value for his client partners.

Joseph is recognized as a culturally astute business developer who consistently positions disruptive technologies for adoption within mature and highly competitive markets. He integrates disciplined commercial strategy with advanced innovation and, across diverse sectors, has repeatedly shifted competitive dynamics in favor of his partner companies.

From AI enabled autonomous underwater vehicle platforms that create high fidelity licensable seafloor datasets to accelerate critical subsea infrastructure projects, to engineered textiles that opened entirely new segments within the Paris fashion industry, Joseph has demonstrated the ability to translate breakthrough technology into measurable market impact regardless of sector.

Committed to the disciplined development of global markets and to the advancement of ocean research and renewable energy infrastructure, he provides North American technology companies with structured, immediate and coordinated access to European and broader international opportunities.

Prior to starting his company, Joseph held positions
within the Energy Industries as a Wire-Line Oil Field
Engineer for Schlumberger SA in Sub-Sahara Africa and
as Group Leader and Manager within the Corporate HQ
Engineering Group at Marathon Oil Corporation in Findlay, Ohio USA. He also held positions in Engineering at Ford Motor Corporation in Dearborn, Michigan, USA and at ESBE AB in Reftele, Sweden.

Joseph was educated at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor graduating Cum Laude with a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautics. In addition, he was engaged by the University to conduct research at the NC Gas Imaging Subsonic Wind Tunnel Facility as well as at the NASA Space Laboratories.

Joseph has lived and worked in France, Nigeria, Sweden, Angola, Kazakhstan and the USA. He is now based in Paris, France together with his wife and daughter.
